The adaptation of sulfur (H2S) raw materials:
Natural gas, refinery gas, liquefied gas, coke oven gas, water gas, gas, oil field gas, methane conversion, acid gas and other sulfur-containing gases, hydrogen sulfide content range: 5mg/Nm3 ~ 96% (mol).
The appropriate technology:
• amine absorption method, desulfurization agent for MEA, MDEA, resistance amines and other amines aqueous solution
Liquid phase oxidation reduction method, desulfurizer is an alkaline water solution containing catalyst and auxiliary agent
The copper washing method, desulfurization agent for copper or copper oxide in aqueous solution
Crystallization sulfur method, desulfurizer is an organic compound solvent that can efficiently dissolve elemental sulfur and sulfur dioxide
• biological desulfurization, desulfurization agent containing proprietary active microorganisms alkaline water solution
The desulfurization products and quality:
The content of hydrogen sulfide in the purified gas can be less than 0.5mg/Nm3.
Removal and recovery of sulfur can be produced according to user requirements sulfur, thiourea, sodium sulfide, sodium sulfite and other products, quality in line with relevant state and industry standards.
